Junior Key Account Manager (E-commerce & Distributors)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working set-up.

Gross annual salary: PLN 153,440–182,210, plus a target sales incentive of 25% of base salary.

What you will do

• Manage customer orders and execute short- and long-term sales plans with buyers, customer service, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain account forecasts using internal tools and data to support sales and inventory optimization.
• Contribute market insights to range planning and develop plans aligned with local marketing activation recommendations.
• Plan and execute promotions, product launches, seasonal activations, and online and in-store campaigns.
• Improve digital shelf visibility and product content across e-commerce channels.
• Lead annual account planning and analyze sales data, customer trends, and market insights to support profitable growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or account support, ideally in FMCG or toys.
• Understanding of sales processes, order fulfillment, promotional planning, and account management.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
