Engineering and Commercial Intern (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, US, with the internship based at the hirify.global facility and US headquarters in Roswell, Georgia. Spring 2027 internship with potential regional travel to customer sites and physical work on robotic cells.

What you will do

• Develop and use robot-rate and ROI calculators for live opportunities, documenting assumptions and communicating results.
• Research warehouse volumes, labor, schedules, costs, and item-picking workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate robot-cell and process concepts that improve throughput, labor utilization, and solution fit.
• Build target-account and contact lists, refine the ideal customer profile, and conduct prospect research.
• Run tailored outreach, engage qualified contacts, join discovery meetings, and maintain CRM records.
• Track account coverage, outreach activity, meetings, pipeline movement, trade-event activity, and industry relationships.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Relevant quantitative, operations, or technical backgrounds are also considered.
• Interest in robotics, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.
• Strong spreadsheet and quantitative-modeling skills, clear communication, and organized follow-through.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, data analysis, CAD or layout tools, warehouse operations, CRM systems, or outbound outreach.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HubSpot, Salesloft, or similar outreach and CRM software.
