What you will do

• Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for manufacturing customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships while solving complex automation challenges.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities.
• Develop sales processes and work with stakeholders to design customer-focused automation solutions.
• Communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals.

Requirements

• Experience in robotic engineering and simulation work is preferred.
• Strong understanding of robotics and automation products.
• Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• High willingness to learn, take ownership, self-manage, and achieve company KPIs.
• Applicants must currently reside in Texas or be open to relocating to Texas.
• Comfort with international business travel.
