Senior Product Manager (Education Technology)

Salary: $110,000–$146,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, innovation, and roadmap development for education technology products.
• Own the lifecycle of education platforms, balancing new development, modernization, operational stability, risk management, and support.
• Define and review product requirements with engineering, technology, business, support, and external partner stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional product dependencies and prioritize opportunities aligned with business and customer needs.
• Develop budgets, business cases, investment recommendations, and vendor or partner relationships.
• Guide Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other colleagues while driving continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience in Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, or a related discipline, with a record of delivering and evolving products.
• Experience with high-stakes assessment and learning products and their supporting technology and operational requirements.
• Strong capabilities in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements definition, business case development, and lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, technology leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with educational technology products, digital learning platforms, or assessment solutions.
• Knowledge of assessment, learning technologies, content management, or customer analytics.
• Experience guiding, mentoring, or coordinating product specialists, analysts, or cross-functional colleagues.
