Product Manager II (Education)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States. Hybrid work is available for associates within 30 miles of an office, with part of the week worked remotely and regular in-office presence.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Research market problems, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategic priorities, and roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Owners to align the product backlog with long-term vision and annual goals.
• Work with Marketing and Sales on competitive advantages, market growth strategies, and industry positioning.
• Manage product launches and communications, measuring effectiveness, speed, and client satisfaction.
• Analyze product KPIs, client win/loss results, NPS impact, operational performance, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• K–12 or education-market domain knowledge.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, research, and collaboration skills.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform or hub-and-spoke product environments.
• Technical fluency with APIs, MCPs, and modern data architecture concepts.
• Knowledge of FSTC, SGO, or financial aid.
