Senior Product Manager

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: USD 94,000–134,000 base salary per year, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Research the needs of General Counsels, Chief Audit Executives, and their teams to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Conceptualize, pilot, iterate, launch, and manage products and services including digital experiences, data, tools, peer connections, expert interactions, and new insights.
• Build business cases and internal alignment for scaling products with strong product-market fit and measurable client value.
• Analyze product performance, client value, retention, adoption, and growth opportunities, then coordinate follow-up actions.
• Drive go-to-market, client engagement, adoption, retention, and commercial growth with sales, service, and go-to-market partners.
• Use AI-driven tools and collaborate with product, engineering, customer experience, research, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive business experience, including 3–5 years in product strategy or product management, preferably in B2B organizations.
• Experience translating client insights into products and programs that solve customer needs and produce measurable business outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment and independently manage multiple complex projects.
• Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows and outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Legal, Audit, or Risk research, technology, or professional services.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
