Junior E-Commerce Manager (E-Commerce)

What you will do

• Monitor shop KPIs such as funnel conversion, cancellation rates, and payment shares, identify anomalies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Test more than 20 shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through implementation checks, testing, and sign-off.
• Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes, and app store reviews while serving as the main interface for Customer Service.
• Coordinate stakeholders and processes related to the external partner assortment.
• Improve operational processes for greater reliability and scalability, including the use of AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Support project delivery through proactive coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Storyblok.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
• Very good command of English required.
• Strong ownership, hands-on mindset, and a structured, detail-oriented, analytical approach.
