Head of Marketing (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin or Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Lead and develop a five-person marketing team, including design, marketing development, performance and tracking, marketing management, and social media.
• Own the DACH marketing strategy across SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, content, lead nurturing, and customer communication.
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through organic marketing, performance campaigns, and continuous optimization.
• Oversee tracking infrastructure using HubSpot, GA4, and n8n.
• Build and scale AI-powered marketing and automation workflows, including outbound pipelines, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Design pricing and packaging experiments and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a team of at least four to five people.
• Proven experience with SEO/AEO, performance marketing, and marketing tracking infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation, including n8n and LLM-powered workflows beyond basic prompting.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and initiative skills.
• Very good German and English language skills required.
