Senior Strategic Alliances Manager, GSI (SEA)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do

• Lead and grow strategic alliances with priority global systems integrators across Southeast Asia.
• Build executive sponsorship and manage joint business plans with targets, reviews, and investment priorities.
• Develop partner practices around CXone Mpower and Cognigy, including joint offerings and certified delivery capacity.
• Drive joint pursuits, RFPs, co-selling, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline growth.
• Coordinate campaigns, enablement, delivery quality, and customer success with sales, marketing, product, professional services, and customer success teams.
• Represent Southeast Asia in the global GSI program and report on pipeline, bookings, certified resources, and joint wins.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, systems integrator partnerships, or enterprise channel management.
• Experience with large systems integrators, executive-level influence, and joint go-to-market programs.
• Strong understanding of services attach, practice economics, utilization, and certified headcount.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across geographies and business units.
• Fluent English required. Additional regional languages are a bonus.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.
