Regional Operations Specialist (Transportation)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with bus partners and bus stations.
• Manage daily interactions with bus operators to prevent service disruptions.
• Monitor adherence to operational processes, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements; conduct operator audits.
• Analyze KPIs, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations to improve partner performance and service quality.
• Keep operator information updated on the platform and track bus-driver training.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Business Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, ideally in transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Organized, independent, reliable, responsible, flexible, and hands-on working style.
