Pickup and Linehaul Lead (Logistics)

Location: Primary work locations are the Helsinki office and the Tammisto logistics hub, with flexibility to work remotely

What you will do

• Analyze pickup and linehaul performance to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Design and optimize transport routes to improve cost efficiency, lead times, and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with commercial, terminal, group operations, courier, and local operations stakeholders.
• Support improvements to cage and pallet handling processes.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for monitoring, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• Share best practices and contribute to broader operational development within the market.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as middle-mile lead or transport coordinator lead.
• Strong analytical, strategic, logical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate complex, interconnected systems and work in a structured way to drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and teamwork skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
