Market Activation Analyst (Health Plans / Health Systems)

Location: Remote in the United States

Annual base salary: $106,000–$146,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare markets using claims, census, demographic, payer, and other third-party datasets.
• Assess payer density, reimbursement models, healthcare regulations, and market-entry opportunities.
• Build market-specific activation playbooks prioritizing provider groups, health systems, specialty services, and clinical partners.
• Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with commercial, clinical operations, and business development teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Own Top-of-Funnel and Care Starts models, track activation KPIs, and improve forecasting, lead generation, and funnel efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or market intelligence within digital health, health plans, health systems, or healthtech.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience structuring and manipulating large third-party healthcare datasets such as IQVIA, Definitely Health, CMS, or claims data.
• Experience building and maintaining conversion, pipeline, or top-of-funnel operational models.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare delivery, reimbursement structures, health system operations, and provider profiling.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
