Senior Operations Analyst (Payments)

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to the New York City headquarters

Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity incentive and benefits

What you will do

• Own day-to-day member payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate controls.
• Build and scale payment operations for new products and payment capabilities.
• Use data analysis, process mapping, automation, and communication to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Account Management, operations teams, and external partners to design and launch solutions.
• Develop reporting systems, monitor payment KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve complex payment issues.
• Lead and develop a small team while remaining hands-on during periods of increased payment volume.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic problem-solving, analytics, business or financial operations, or operations at a fast-growing startup.
• 2+ years of experience building within operational teams.
• Strong process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation skills.
• Experience coaching or leading others and working effectively as a player-coach.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, data modeling, financial data, and reconciliations.
• Experience with SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and no-code or low-code AI automation tools.
