Analytics And Reporting Consultant (SQL/Teradata)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $84,400–$152,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, analyze, and implement processes that support accurate claims and enrollment data submissions to the government.
• Create reports, datasets, insights, and analytics for the division using system reporting tools.
• Define report and analysis specifications based on business needs.
• Verify report accuracy and provide analytical insights using internal and external data.
• Lead functional teams, projects, and junior analysts while addressing complex reporting and business issues.
• Communicate technical concepts, ideas, and results to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools and languages.
• Knowledge of project portfolio management, project delivery reporting, and IT operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects or functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the continental United States; California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced SQL programming and advanced Teradata or database systems experience.
• Experience in database design and development, database administration, business intelligence, and analytical reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and VBA experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.
• ACA claims or membership experience.
