Regional HR Business Partner (Logistics)

Location: GB East Kilbride; based in or around Edinburgh or Glasgow, with regular travel across operational centres in Scotland and Ireland.

What you will do

• Deliver proactive, commercially focused HR support to operational leaders and site managers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, absence management, organisational change, and wider people matters.
• Coach and challenge managers to improve leadership capability, engagement, accountability, and team performance.
• Analyse HR metrics, workforce data, and dashboards to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, retention, and workforce planning across the region.
• Lead HR projects and promote consistent people processes, policies, and employment legislation across sites.

Requirements

• Based in or around Edinburgh or Glasgow and able to travel regularly across the region.
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, transport, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of operational workforces and the challenges faced by operational managers.
• Experience partnering with managers on employee relations, performance, absence, and organisational change.
• Ability to use workforce data and HR insights to identify risks and recommend actions.
• Ability to build effective relationships with operational leaders and wider HR stakeholders.
