Manufacturing Test Engineer (Medtech)

Location: Beijing Changping, China; on-site role. Travel to North America or Singapore for 1–2 months per year may be required during projects.

What you will do

• Develop commissioning and final test procedures that meet system requirements.
• Automate parameter optimization for commissioning and final tests using Tuning Tools software.
• Review and improve optimization settings annually to reduce test cycle time.
• Investigate defective instruments, PCBAs, and components through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Perform First Article Evaluation of electrical and electronic parts and software.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in an ISO 13485 manufacturing environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and similar measuring equipment.
• Understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, schematic diagrams, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 10 kg daily.

Nice to have

• Experience with IPC-610 and printed circuit board assembly manufacturing processes.
• Experience operating and applying mass spectrometer instruments.
