What you will do

• Formulate product test schemes, methods, procedures, standards, and judgment criteria based on product characteristics, industry standards, and quality specifications.
• Select, analyze, commission, and maintain test instruments while evaluating their accuracy, applicability, and stability.
• Research and develop test methods for new products and functions, build test environments, and conduct full-process testing.
• Execute product tests, document data and defects, prepare test reports, and track issues through verification and closure.
• Work with R&D and production to optimize test procedures, improve efficiency and accuracy, and reduce product quality risks.
• Respond to urgent project testing needs and complete assigned testing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in product testing, test method development, and test environment construction.
• Ability to select, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot test instruments.
• Ability to evaluate test equipment accuracy, applicability, and stability.
• Ability to record test data and procedures accurately and prepare test reports.
• Ability to collaborate with R&D and production departments on testing and quality improvement.
