Reliability Test Engineer

What you will do

• Perform reliability, environmental, material, electrical, and mechanical performance testing for electronic products.
• Develop and maintain test methods, testing standards, SOPs, and testing databases.
• Analyze test data, conduct reliability assessments, and prepare technical test reports.
• Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and support new product introduction and product validation.
• Design, develop, and optimize test fixtures and auxiliary tooling.
• Conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and provide technical support for product development and quality improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of reliability testing, performance testing, failure analysis, and material, electrical, and mechanical testing methodologies for electronic products.
• Experience with statistical tools such as MSA and SPC.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience designing and developing test fixtures; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in reliability testing, performance testing, or failure analysis, with good written and verbal English required for technical standards, customer specifications, reports, and email communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD, Pro/ENGINEER (Creo), SolidWorks, or similar design software.
