Reliability Test Engineer (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Perform reliability, environmental, material, electrical, and mechanical testing for electronic products.
• Develop and maintain test methods, standards, SOPs, and testing databases.
• Analyze test data, assess reliability, and prepare technical test reports.
• Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and support product validation and New Product Introduction activities.
• Design, develop, and optimize test fixtures and auxiliary tooling.
• Perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and provide technical support for product development and quality improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in reliability testing, performance testing, or failure analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of material, electrical, and mechanical testing methodologies.
• Experience with MSA, SPC, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Experience designing and developing test fixtures; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal English is required to read technical standards and customer specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD, Pro/ENGINEER (Creo), SolidWorks, or similar design software.
• Experience writing technical test reports and communicating by email in English.
