Senior Supply Chain Program Manager (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Drive data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and strategic initiatives across the supply chain.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and external suppliers to align operational solutions.
• Lead demand and supply planning using statistical models and ERP/MRP systems to optimize inventory and reduce stockouts or excess.
• Assess supplier, lead-time, and geopolitical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and communicate program updates to leadership.
• Improve procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier outcomes through analysis and negotiation.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, California.
• Experience with supply chain data analysis, forecasting, planning, and process optimization.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and developing operational dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and external vendors.
• Ability to communicate independently with working-level contacts and supplier executives.
• Ability to assess supply chain risks and negotiate favorable supplier outcomes.
