Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Photonics)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in Santa Clara, California, or Hillsboro, Oregon, United States

Annual salary: $187,320–$264,460 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute supply chain and operational strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze supply chain data, demand patterns, inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance.
• Build forecasting models to improve demand planning and reduce supply chain disruptions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on key metrics and initiatives.
• Support new tools and technologies for business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 9+ years of planning or logistics experience; or a relevant master’s degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Advanced experience with business management, planning, forecasting, and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets.
• Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience driving process improvements and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
