Senior Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design and execute business initiatives that improve hirify.global.com's platform performance and growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, product, and business analytics.
• Manage stakeholders across business units and work directly with the Management team and VP Remarketing Europe.
• Write and review business cases, conduct research and analysis, and drive projects from design through release.
• Develop performance management initiatives and conceptualize growth opportunities across Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of full-time professional experience.
• Experience in a growth company, startup, or management consulting firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects as a generalist.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
