Business Development & Product Lead (Renewable Energy)

Location: Seville, Spain; hybrid work model with on-site presence at the Cartuja Park offices.

Base salary: €42,487–€56,650 annually, plus potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for renewable energy solutions across solar, wind, and hybrid assets.
• Build relationships with solar EPCs, SCADA providers, asset owners and operators, engineering consultancies, and wind farm developers.
• Lead strategic sales opportunities and key accounts in the renewable energy sector.
• Define product requirements, business cases, and roadmaps for renewable energy solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on solar weather stations, soiling monitoring systems, environmental data analytics, wind resource assessment, and LiDAR-based wind monitoring solutions.
• Develop technology partnerships, OEM agreements, integrations, proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial offerings.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in renewable energy, utility-scale solar, or power plant monitoring.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, O&M providers, SCADA and plant monitoring companies, or engineering and technical consultancies.
• Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to translate market needs into product concepts and work with technical teams and customers simultaneously.
