SDR Team Lead (DACH Market)

What you will do

• Lead and develop an SDR team focused on the DACH market.
• Own prospecting strategy, account selection, messaging, and channel planning with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Managers.
• Track conversion rates, activity quality, pipeline generation, MRR, and demo targets.
• Coach SDRs through training, call reviews, and regular one-to-ones.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement on tools, sequences, and onboarding.
• Provide feedback to Account Executive leads and the Sales Director on lead quality and handovers.

Requirements

• Professional German proficiency is required.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales and fast-paced product environments.
• Experience leading commercial teams, particularly SDR or BDR teams.
• Comfort working with data and turning performance metrics into strategy.
• Ownership, persistence, initiative, and adaptability in a changing environment.
