Commercial Director, Western Europe - Marketing Effectiveness

Salary: GBP 65,400–121,100 gross per year

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and adoption of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and media experimentation solutions across Western Europe.
• Identify opportunities, support sales teams, and influence RFP, renewal, and client decision-making processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor by translating client challenges into relevant Marketing Effectiveness solutions.
• Prepare and lead high-value proposals, pitches, RFIs, and RFP responses.
• Promote product value through success stories, thought leadership, presentations, events, and external content.
• Build team capability through knowledge sharing, bootcamps, workshops, and training.

Requirements

• Proven sales success securing large MMM or Marketing Effectiveness programs.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research focused on MMM and media experiments.
• Deep knowledge of media evaluation and strong business development skills.
• Hands-on experience developing proposals and leading high-value pitches and RFP responses.
• Strong communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; English fluency required.
