Director of Growth and Partnerships

Location: Hybrid role based at The Lantern, London, United Kingdom; office attendance is expected on Mondays plus additional days as required. The role also involves regular client meetings, networking, and travel.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and convert pipelines of new opportunities and client partnerships.
• Identify new markets and growth areas for apprenticeships and learning solutions.
• Advise organisations on learning, workforce development, and organisational capability.
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, focusing on long-term outcomes.
• Manage and develop three direct reports and contribute to the Bauer Academy Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in business development, partnerships, consultancy, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to generate revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of learning and development or workforce capability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, organisational, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid London-based pattern, including regular office attendance, client meetings, networking, and travel.

• Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector.
• Experience selling learning solutions.
