hirify.global is developing a sustainable, fully automated insulin drug substance facility supporting the company’s insulin portfolio from development through delivery.

What you will do

• Act as the owner’s commercial and contractual authority throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide governance and assurance over contract management performed by the EPCM partner.
• Work with owner-side quantity surveyors on measurement, valuation, cost checking, contractor applications, and claims.
• Review and manage variations, change orders, and contractor claims while supporting negotiation and settlement.
• Align contractual commitments, payment milestones, change orders, cost forecasts, and project registers.
• Monitor contractor obligations, notices, warranties, securities, insurance, performance, and contract close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven contract management experience on large-scale construction or capital projects, preferably in pharmaceutical, EPC, or regulated industrial environments.
• Experience working on the owner’s side and overseeing an EPCM partner or main contractor.
• Strong commercial and contractual judgment, change and claims management, negotiation, and risk mitigation skills.
• Familiarity with German and international construction contract forms, including VOB/B and FIDIC.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

• Experience dealing with both German and international construction contractors.
• Additional language skills.
