Senior Specialist Indirect Procurement (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement across global indirect categories, with a focus on SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, and professional services.
• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies balancing cost, quality, innovation, supplier performance, and business needs.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes from requirements gathering and market analysis through supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing models, service levels, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier relationships, renewals, performance reviews, and commercial or operational issues.
• Advise IT and eCommerce stakeholders, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Information Security, and mentor junior procurement colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, ideally including global IT procurement.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, or professional services.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects, negotiating supplier agreements, and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Fluent English and German at a minimum B2 level required. Experience with procurement systems, ideally SAP, and Microsoft Office is expected.
