Global Process Owner (gn) - Procure-to-Pay (Directs)

What you will do

• Define and own the global end-to-end direct procurement process, from supplier qualification and contract management to purchase orders and invoice verification.
• Design business requirements and target concepts across SAP S/4HANA, EDI through Procuros, and Serrala Alevate AP.
• Standardize SAP-native procure-to-pay processes and automate supplier connectivity and invoice processing.
• Manage procurement processes for raw materials, packaging, traded goods, subcontracting, co-packing, and value-added services.
• Govern interfaces with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance, including goods receipt, accounts payable, and three-way matching.
• Track procurement KPIs, improve operational performance, and maintain high master data quality while coordinating with adjacent Global Process Owners and the Transformation Office.

Requirements

• Extensive operational experience in direct procurement within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and procure-to-pay processes; SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of EDI solutions such as Procuros and AP automation tools such as Serrala.
• Strong understanding of the procure-to-AP interface, three-way matching, demand planning, manufacturing hand-offs, warehousing receipts, and accounts payable.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, change management, and cross-functional transformation.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with traded goods and subcontracting or co-packing processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud procurement transformations.
• Experience implementing Serrala AP automation.
