Hub Manager (German-speaking)

Location: Greater Frankfurt area, with on-site work required at least 3 days per week; other locations include Darmstadt and Mainhausen.

Base salary: €45,000–€55,000 per year, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.

What you will do

• Run daily on-site operations for on-demand RMV services, ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
• Optimize field team and service performance using data, technology, AI, and automation.
• Lead AI projects from initial idea through implementation.
• Make real-time decisions about fleet operations, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected issues.
• Guide and support drivers while building relationships with partners, riders, city representatives, and central teams.
• Use rider and community feedback to identify patterns, address root causes, and implement service improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in people management, logistics, customer service, or other process-oriented operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with drivers, riders, teammates, and city partners.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to solve problems under pressure in the field.
• Structured, data-driven, and digitally savvy approach to using analytics and AI tools.
• C1 proficiency in both German and English required.
• Valid German Class B driver’s license required.
