Strategic Procurement Manager (Technology)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with home office available up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing boards and align internal departments on sourcing strategies.
• Own the Source to Pay process for the technology category, including planning, supplier selection, tendering, negotiations, and payment.
• Develop category roadmaps, procurement guidelines, and benchmarking approaches.
• Evaluate savings potential across EU accounts and deliver savings initiatives.
• Improve payment terms and manage contract overviews and renewal plans.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and build productive partnerships with vendors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably including process implementation and category management.
• Experience with the technology category, including software, hosting, or telephony.
• Completed university studies, preferably a master's degree.
• Knowledge of global procurement, strategy development, and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• German language skills.
• In-depth experience as a Procurement Manager.
