Brokerage Operations Processing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. Reliable wired high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace are required.

Base salary: $50,300–$69,125 per year, with potential participation in a bonus program.

What you will do

• Review and process client requests, including account enrollments, distributions, transfers, and estate settlements.
• Manage Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions, setup, transactions, maintenance, and research.
• Update and maintain client accounts across multiple platforms.
• Review legal documentation for completeness before initiating processing.
• Coordinate with clearing firms, brokers, traders, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries and clarify information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in brokerage services or operations.
• FINRA Series 7 registration required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• NetX 360 or Pershing experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and broader brokerage industry knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with service, sales, internal business partners, and external vendors.
