Senior Loan Operations Support (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, Lee's Summit, or Blue Springs, Missouri, United States; remote is also referenced in the posting.

What you will do

• Set up, activate, maintain, and service commercial loans in the core banking system.
• Process construction and commercial loan draw requests, paid loan activities, notices, bankruptcies, levies, and disputes.
• Order appraisals and title commitments, manage appraisal reviews and payments, and follow up on recorded documents, title policies, and insurance.
• Manage escrow setup, verification, annual analysis, payments, and updates.
• Review daily reports, balance the loan general ledger, prepare monthly loan reports, and maintain physical loan files.
• Communicate with borrowers and assist clients in person or by phone.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in loan servicing or support.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in reconciliation or balancing.
• Knowledge of LaserPro, nCino, or another document preparation or core banking system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects while handling confidential data.
• Self-starting, proactive approach with a client-focused mindset.
