Early-Career Recruiting Intern (AI)

Location: San Jose, California; on-site five days a week

hirify.global develops integrated AI inference infrastructure, including chips, racks, software, and manufacturing systems focused on high throughput and low latency.

What you will do

• Support internship and new-graduate hiring strategy through targeted sourcing and outreach.
• Identify exceptional students through universities, technical communities, referrals, events, and unconventional networks.
• Build relationships with university clubs, professors, student leaders, and technical organizations.
• Plan and execute private recruiting events, including guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop early-career recruiting campaigns and content that engage high-potential candidates.
• Track event engagement and recruiting conversion, then improve programs as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, events, marketing, or community building.
• Strong ability to identify and engage exceptional people.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel for recruiting events.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, California.
