Multifamily-Asset Manager

Location: Atlanta, United States; frequent travel and overnight travel required

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal or external property management providers.
• Oversee multiple multifamily community lease-ups and guide lease rates and absorption pace.
• Conduct on-site property inspections covering presentation, signage, condition, and management effectiveness.
• Create action plans to improve investment performance and property valuation.
• Coordinate communication and execution between property management and construction teams.
• Manage operating decisions, budgets, market research, dispositions diligence, vendor contracts, business plans, and rental-community underwriting.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to manage the successful lease-up and operation of multifamily communities.
• Ability to analyze market conditions, rental assumptions, operating expenses, budgets, and investment performance.
• Ability to coordinate property management, construction, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct business professionally and ethically.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel, and perform on-site property inspections.
