What you will do

• Own the technical post-sales relationship for strategic accounts from deal close, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
• Analyze customer software development workflows, identify friction points, and design deployment plans.
• Get customers live quickly and drive sustained adoption, usage, and consumption growth.
• Work with executives and individual users to create high-leverage adoption strategies.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks, automate operational work, and monitor usage for early intervention.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to turn field insights into native Factory capabilities.

Requirements

• Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to measurable outcomes.
• Strong foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design, with fluency in how enterprises build and ship software.
• Product manager mindset with strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and stakeholder leadership.
• Relevant background in technical product management, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering with strong customer orientation.
• Strong product intuition, user empathy, and credibility with customer engineers and internal Product and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Willingness to work in the office five days per week.
