What you will do
- Own a portfolio of Anima customers, onboarding new clinics and driving adoption.
- Protect and grow the existing revenue base by building deep relationships and spotting churn risks.
- Translate clinical and administrative pain points into actionable insights for product teams.
- Build and iterate on customer success playbooks and data-driven frameworks to scale user engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success at a high-growth startup.
- Track record of driving retention and surfacing expansion opportunities.
- Gifted relationship builder who earns trust quickly and coaches clinicians.
- Obsessed with customer experience.
- Self-starting and organized.
