Supply Chain Specialist (NetSuite/Oracle ERP)

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines; remote position working New Zealand business hours

Salary: up to NZD 4,450 per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Monitor inventory, demand, committed orders, replenishment requirements, reorder points, and safety-stock levels.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate pricing, availability, production, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
• Track inbound shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, inventory, purchasing, and shipment records in the ERP system.
• Prepare supply chain reports, monitor KPIs, analyse risks and trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, warehouse, and project teams to resolve supply issues and manage competing priorities.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong experience with inventory planning, purchasing, replenishment, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Strong previous experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP and practical ERP or inventory-system use.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and data-accuracy skills.
• Full-time availability during New Zealand business hours, with reliable internet and a professional home office.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, architectural products, or design-led businesses.
• Experience with international suppliers, import and export documentation, and international freight.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supplier-performance monitoring.
• Interest in architecture, interior design, premium materials, or design-led products.
