Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase order management, supplier communication, order confirmations, inbound logistics coordination, delivery follow-up, invoicing, and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance and support improvements in quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze procurement and logistics data, develop reports and KPIs, and provide insights for operational decision-making.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, support automation, and contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of procurement systems and tools.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, sourcing, customer support, finance, and master data teams.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, procedures, and ethical standards while supporting knowledge sharing and best-practice implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or a similar operational environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience with inbound logistics, import/export processes, customs requirements, or international trade operations.
• Interest in digitalization, process automation, and systems development.
