What you will do

• Lead and provide manufacturing engineering expertise across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction through end of lifecycle.
• Support solution design, capacity modeling, validation, tooling, and manufacturing activities with internal and outsourced partners.
• Review product designs and project activities for compliance with manufacturing standards and provide corrective feedback.
• Identify manufacturing process and output defects, drive resolution, and track performance metrics for management reporting.
• Improve product quality and mitigate failure risks through data-driven feedback and process analysis.
• Drive innovation, integrate new technologies, and mentor less-experienced manufacturing engineering staff.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in engineering design, solutions, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing processes, process improvement, lean manufacturing, automation, tooling, and new product development.
• Experience with data analysis, project management, supply chain, systems engineering, and software-related disciplines.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Python programming.
