Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain manufacturing documentation, including JES, SOPs, PFMEAs, work instructions, quality records, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Monitor OEE, conduct TAKT time studies and in-process quality audits, and develop Power BI production dashboards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement productivity, tooling, layout, and process improvements.
• Support NPI builds, pilot runs, production trials, product transfers, line setup, equipment installation, workflow planning, and production launches.
• Coordinate customer quality investigations, CAPAs, factory acceptance tests, third-party inspections, and supplier activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global stakeholders while leading coordination meetings and action tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting production lines, NPI, product transfers, process improvements, and preferably box-build manufacturing in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation, quality systems, PFMEAs, SOPs, ECNs, engineering change management, process validation, Lean Manufacturing, and DFM/DFT principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems, with strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
