What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, and instrumentation issues.
• Optimize machine performance, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Maintain electrical drawings, control logic documentation, standard operating procedures, and coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of instrumentation principles, control theory, and process automation.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and DCS architecture.
• Understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition systems, and signal conditioning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industrial networks, instrumentation, and electrical systems.

Nice to have

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience with Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, or Omron.
• Basic proficiency with Python, MATLAB, or equivalent data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of calibration standards, metrology practices, statistical process control, or Six Sigma methodologies.
