PMO Reporting Specialist

Location: On-site in Munich, Germany

hirify.global is a fusion company developing the hardware and infrastructure for commercial stellarator fusion power plants, including the Alpha and Stellaris machines.

What you will do

• Own the PMO reporting cadence and consolidate cost, schedule, risk, and change inputs into steering committee packs and gate-readiness reports.
• Chase status updates and identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent information before leadership and gate-review meetings.
• Maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Wrike or similar project management tools.
• Keep the master calendar of programme deliverables, gates, and milestones for Alpha and Stellaris up to date.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for governance forums, including Release Gates Authority meetings and steering committees.
• Perform ad hoc analysis of cost, schedule, and risk data to support PMO decisions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a PMO or project controls function on a complex, multidisciplinary programme.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to turn input from engineering, supplier, and commercial teams into clear reporting.
• Confidence using project management and reporting tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Fluent English required.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building new processes and ways of working.
