NPI - Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Semiconductor Industry

Location: Heimstetten, Germany; possibility to work remotely. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: €70,400–€96,800 per year

What you will do

• Plan and manage New Product Introduction projects, transferring e-beam developments from R&D prototypes and pilots into serial production.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and production ramp-up plans.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and R&D stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for the design, development, testing, and validation of e-beam components and systems.
• Track progress, manage risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain project documentation and compliance.
• Communicate project status, goals, challenges, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
