Technical AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in Reston, Virginia, with two required monthly meetings at the client’s office; primarily remote otherwise.

hirify.global is recruiting for a leading healthcare payor organization with an internal enterprise AI platform team.

What you will do

• Own and execute the roadmap for an enterprise AI platform supporting multiple products, agents, and use cases.
• Manage backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint planning, and release management.
• Translate complex requirements from internal technical teams into scalable platform features.
• Partner with developers and technical stakeholders to expand internal AI capabilities.
• Champion Agile delivery practices for continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• Multi-year experience supporting enterprise AI technologies and a matrixed platform of AI products.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Kanban environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
• Ability to attend two monthly meetings at the client’s Reston, Virginia office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
