Consultant — Metallurgy

Location: Didipio Operations, Philippines; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead metallurgists and technicians in designing process test work and trials.
• Supervise metallurgical projects and ensure safe, timely implementation.
• Optimize process plant recovery and throughput for gold and copper production.
• Maintain metallurgical accounting systems and ensure accurate, timely production reports.
• Act as the principal representative for the assay laboratory contractor.
• Develop process plant procedures, forms, and checklists while supporting production forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in a metallic mine processing plant.
• At least 3 years of experience at superintendent level, including leadership of high-performance teams.
• Advanced presentation and technical reporting skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, communication, and people skills.
• Valid working rights in the Philippines are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
