Engineer I - PCN

What you will do

• Prepare and distribute product change notifications to external customers.
• Archive internal and external communications in databases and trackers used for audits and PCN KPI management.
• Approve manufacturing changes and reference quality-system policies for applicable departments.
• Collaborate with business units, operations, manufacturing review boards, and other departments to understand changes communicated through PCNs.
• Respond to PCN and quality-related queries from internal business units and field representatives.
• Manage projects that maintain or improve PCN and quality systems.

Requirements

• Graduate of any engineering course with good scholastic records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Travel requirement of 0%–25%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Facilitation and training skills.
• Basic Excel VBA or programming knowledge.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
