Senior Engineer I - Test Hardware CAD (PCB/Altium)

What you will do

• Produce and design high-quality PCB layouts that meet tester requirements and business-unit methodologies.
• Prepare design documents, deliverables, and checklist-based PCB design reviews.
• Provide design feedback, communicate project schedules, and attend design review meetings with hardware engineering and project requestors.
• Conduct incoming inspections for assigned projects.
• Assign or delegate tasks to team members and complete project activities on time.
• Manage individual productivity, quality, and on-time performance to optimize project cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience working with PCB design.
• Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global team.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCB design using Altium software.
