Product Engineer (Printheads)

Location: Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang (Penang), Malaysia

What you will do

• Own the form, fit, and function of hirify.global printheads.
• Resolve product and manufacturing issues through engineering solutions.
• Engage R&D and Product Development teams in new product introductions and product extensions.
• Identify product and process risks, define characterization test methods, and drive product qualification.
• Implement product quality systems and manage product changes across the value chain.
• Improve manufacturing productivity, yield, quality, process simplicity, and operating costs with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies, quality assurance, and process control.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written communication.
