Business Analyst I - HRIS (HRIS)

What you will do

• Gather, interpret, and document requirements for software implementations and enhancements.
• Work with business partners and IT leadership to implement, optimize, and enhance business solutions.
• Document current and future business processes, perform gap analysis, and support maintainable technical solution design.
• Support quality assurance, testing, results review, and final feature acceptance with developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain technical change documentation and contribute to software development standards within the SDLC.
• Present completed software features and provide additional support, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, or equivalent Business Analyst experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to learn and communicate new processes.
• Ability to work on-site and use computers for extended periods; minimal travel to stores and distribution centers may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready.
• Experience writing queries.
