Key Account Manager (Dairy)

Location: Rama 9, Bangkok, Thailand (MRT Rama 9); on-site role with travel within Thailand

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the dairy segment while delivering sales and gross profit targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across beverage, dairy, and liquid food manufacturing customers.
• Expand existing key accounts through cross-selling and solution upgrades.
• Build long-term relationships with plant managers, QA, production, and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to design hygiene, sanitation, and process optimization solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare value-based proposals, analyze market trends, and represent the business at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, dairy science, biology, microbiology, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, food engineering, business, management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales within the beverage, dairy, or food manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in production, quality assurance, or quality control.
• Strong understanding of beverage and dairy manufacturing processes, hygiene, sanitation, CIP, and food safety requirements.
• Proven ability to drive new business, manage complex customer relationships, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
• Good command of English, spoken and written; willingness to travel within Thailand.
